PLS (Pharma Labeling Suite) Portal provides pharmaceutical organizations with an integrated suite of products that help manage the challenges global organizations face with product labeling. The products that make up the suite are modular, so they can be integrated based on the unique needs of each organization.


The PLS Portal repository helps manage and report on the implementation of labeling across your enterprise. Headquarters level decisions initiate the process and implementation is tracked down to the country level.

Common Interface

The PLS Portal product suite has a common look and feel so that users are familiar with navigation regardless of the location. The authoring interface is the same in all products that have content editing (SPL, ESM, CPO, CL Portals).

Audit Trail

All modifications are captured by user name and date. Additionally, each suite component captures content values before and after an update. This feature provides the basis for PLS Portal’s audit trail functionality.

Multiple Delivery Models

PLS Portal can be hosted internally by your organization or companies can subscribe to the hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. The SaaS model provides immediate global access with no software to purchase or install.
